This project required us to focus the company on profitability and break even. We started with a weak management team with a deeply rooted start-up culture and little willingness to face changes even though they were necessary. In addition, the pipe was scarce and of low quality.
With our practical approach, adapted to our client’s needs at all times, we were able to achieve the objectives we had set ourselves. We were able to do this thanks to the extensive experience we have in the sector, as well as the BP and the tools adapted to the company we work for. The transversality in all the activities carried out was key to the development of the project.
