APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (AMS)
- We have experience in AMS in various dimensions and sectors.
- We work using methodology based on market standards (ITIL) which we apply pragmatically and flexibly in each case.
- We offer the full range: Transition, Transformation, Corrective Maintenance, Support, Upgrades, Projects, QA, technical architecture upgrades, and knowledge management.
- We offer monitoring and continuous improvement of the service through clear KPIs and SLAs, including penalties/bonuses.
- We can work on-site at the client’s facilities or from our own software factory in Cartagena (Java, .net, JS frameworks, and more) or in a combination of both, according to the needs of each project.
